A founding partner of Strata Project Management Group, Amy brings a proven track record and more than 20 years of experience delivering workplace strategy for corporate, nonprofit, industrial, restaurant and retail projects. She is intimately involved in all parts of Strata’s business and actively manages projects in our corporate and hospitality sectors. With a long list of satisfied clients, Amy loves building relationships, managing a project from start to finish, and watching plans and ideas become a reality.
Before launching Strata, Amy served as Senior Managing Director and Leader of the Carolinas Project Management practice for Savills. Amy has also served as Principal with Cresa Carolinas, providing strategic planning and project and construction management. For both Savills and Cresa Carolinas, Amy was responsible for the management of each office’s project management efforts across the Carolinas. Amy has also held project management roles for architectural and design firms in Charlotte.
A founding partner of Strata Project Management Group, Russ brings more than two decades of experience in project management operations, program management, asset management, real estate consulting, and engineering. He is intimately involved in all parts of Strata’s operations and actively manages projects in our corporate and nonprofit sectors. Russ is at his best when he’s creating order from chaos, drawing on his experience guiding large real estate portfolios through a solutions-based mindset.
Before launching Strata, Russ served as Senior Vice President and Global Director of Project Management for JLL’s Corporate Solutions, where he was responsible for large project and real estate teams delivering over $1 billion in capital spend. Prior to JLL, he held the role of Project Manager Energy Analyst at regional design firms focused on sustainability.
