Rally is a first-of-its-kind pickle ball and entertainment facility based in Charlotte, NC with eight (8) courts, multiple food & beverage options and expansive indoor/outdoor seating options. Strata Project Management Group was hired to represent Rally from due diligence through occupancy on the redevelopment of 29,000 SF on this leased 2 acre site.

Rally Entertainment selected Charlotte as the company’s first location for this pickle ball concept. The site is made up of two free-standing, existing buildings with four (4) outdoor pickle ball courts in between. One building has been adapted to include four (4) indoor pickle ball courts, a bar, pizza/café dining option and a check-in/retail station. The second building was renovated to include dining space, an indoor/outdoor bar, full-service kitchen and an event space. In addition to providing an outdoor playing option; the exterior of the site includes private court lounges, dining seating options, yard games and the latest technology to deliver a more immersive experience to its customers. The project was designed by Redline Design Group with Liles Construction acting as the General Contractor.
