Springs Creative Group is a textile design, manufacturing, distribution and innovation firm headquartered in Rock Hill, SC. Born of the 130-year-old legacy of Springs Cotton Mill, they have a rich history and a broad reach, delivering inspiration and servicing a variety of textile and design markets. They hired Strata Project Management Group to manage the coordination, planning and delivery of a new corporate headquarters.

This +25,000 sqft space will be housed in a +100-year-old redeveloped manufacturing location, providing a state-of-the-art workplace for employees, a fully functioning digital printing operation (relocated from the current site), and archive space for +4,000 fabric samples – plus areas for customers to experience the fabric collection. Our team coordinated Springs Creative’s equipment relocation, schedule alignment with developer, and value engineering efforts. For this project, we are working with Redline for architecture and Barringer Construction for general contractor services.
