The Partners at Marcellino & Tyson recently purchased an office building to fit their Charlotte team’s needs now and with expansion capabilities for the future.  In addition to transitioning into property ownership, the firm intended on creating a workspace that would pay homage to their history in the Charlotte market while ushering touches of the modern workplace. The new office included private office for 15 attorneys, a full finish upgrade of the space, expansive and welcoming Lobby and conference spaces. 

Barringer Construction provided General Contracting services with OSSA Studio creating the architectural vision for this transformation.  Strata was contracted to provide construction management, furniture procurement, employee relocation and facility transition services on the project. In addition, we were contracted by the building Owners to provide landlord representation for the upfit of the adjacent leased space. This project met its budget constraint and was delivered within the client’s expectation for schedule. We are proud to have supported another firm’s journey from lease to ownership.
