Resurrection Presbyterian Church was founded in 1975 based on a desire for its congregation to grow together as a family that loves and serves Christ and each other. The church had seen rapid growth in the post-COVID period and became interested in expanding its existing campus in Mathews, NC to include a new Fellowship Hall and Education Building.

Resurrection originally hired Strata to provide General Contractor procurement services to support GC selection for construction. Once the GC had been selected, Strata was retained to provide Owner’s Representation services for construction management through closeout.

Working with the design team at WKWW Architects and construction team at Hendrick Construction, Inc; we were able to deliver two new buildings from the ground-up under budget and nearly 3 months ahead of schedule.
