REACH is one of the leading specialists in reproductive healthcare and technology and has blessed countless families with the gift of fertility. With two existing offices in Charlotte, REACH engaged Strata to support its expansion plans into South Charlotte.  REACH wanted an updated space that would reflect their care-centered, hospitality-focused experience for their clients. The new REACH – Ballantyne office creates this with enhanced interior finishes leaning on a relaxing color palette and efficient client flow throughout the space.

The project team partnered with McMillan Pazdan Smith for architectural design and Harker as the General Contractor.  Despite a concerning schedule and supply chain challenges, the project was delivered under budget and on-time for the first patient!
