Clear Creek Crossing is a Publix-anchored retail development consisting of a 40,000 SF grocery store, 9,000 SF of supporting retail, and two outparcels located in East Charlotte. Strata was engaged to lead the construction and infrastructure coordination for the project, which required extensive rezoning efforts, sewer capacity solutions, and multi-agency permitting.

We managed multi-year coordination with municipalities, adjacent property owners, and major utility providers—including Duke Energy, AT&T, Spectrum, and the local gas company—to resolve complex infrastructure challenges and secure necessary approvals. The project was successfully delivered as a retail destination serving the Clear Creek Crossing community, demonstrating strong collaboration between developers, tenants, City of Charlotte, utility partners, and the surrounding developments.
