This three-floor interior renovation in Uptown Charlotte was delivered to align workplace function with day-to-day use. The project focused on creating clear, efficient environments that support focused work, team collaboration, and informal interaction—without overcomplicating the experience.

 

Scope included open work areas, enclosed meeting spaces, and shared amenity zones, with careful coordination of materials, lighting, and transitions to ensure consistency across all floors.

 

Executed in close partnership with Savills, ASD, and Balfour Beatty, the project reflects a streamlined process from planning through completion—prioritizing alignment, accountability, and a smooth path to delivery.
