Strata was engaged by this confidential, financial services client to deliver a new office space in Charlotte’s South End neighborhood. Our client was interested growing their footprint in the Charlotte market and providing their employee base with a fresh new workspace as their team returns to work from a work from home environment. This project included multiple meeting rooms, large offices with interior glass, collaborative space and expansive views of South End.

The project team engaged Gensler for architectural design and Harker as the General Contractor. Our team was engaged on the project from initial lease negotiations through occupancy in support of this national client’s relocation.
